Santa Can

I am always looking for different things to use for packaging.  This can will be great for filling with

goodies for the holidays.

I plan on putting a santa hat on the top after I fill it with goodies.  I am going to do some cans in

different colors with different decorations.

Wine Bottles

These are regular wine bottles that have been primed, decoration added to them and then rolled in

epsom salt.

This wine bottle is primed in white, a black and white rub-on put on it, a green burlap flower with
JOY attached to flower.  The bottle was rolled in epsom salt also.

This wine bottle is primed in white, a wedding saying on it, A heart button attached, a black bow with a heart in center and bloack tape with white flowers around the top of it.

This wine bottled was painted white, rolled in epsom salt, JOY in gold attached and a burlap flower attached.

These wine bottles were alot of fun to make.  I have more ideas for different types of decorations and different colors.

Getting back to work

I have not been on here for a while.  So it is time to get back to it.  I am getting some crafting done.  Trying out some new ideas and working on some of the good old standbys.  It is getting craft show season so I need to get busy.
I have a couple of new items I am posting.
I hope that I can keep up.  I hae a sick grandson and will be traveling with him back and forth
to Portland OR for Doctors appointments.  Keeping the fingers crossed that it is not anythng serious but things a looking like it is serious.

Well I cannot believe how busy we have been.  The mushrooms are selling as fast as Jerry can make them.  We are now doing Morel Mushroom magnets.  These have become a follower favaorite.  We sell them out of 2 different shops and cannot keep ahead of the orders.  We will be posting a pic of the magnets soon.

I am always looking for a new craft to do.  I am having trouble finding time to keep up with the business it seems.  I work 8 hours a day, keep house, run the business and have a family to keep
up with.  I do realize that others do the same.  Just saying it is alot of hard work, but rewarding work.
Now it is also time to work in my yard and I need to redo my bedroom.  I will have to take before and after pics of the bedroom.  That will be fun to post.

Well there you have it.  A magnet to post and before pics of the bedroom to post.  Just something to add to the pile of work I already have to do. LOL  Well better get a good night sleep and get ready for work.

This is a 12z12 tile that has been done for a wedding.  /there is a nice saying and a wedding pic.  It is all mod podged onto a tile.  At this time the tile is on a metal stand, but it is going to be mounted into a
wooden frame that is custom made for the tile and pic.  As soon as I get the tile mounted inthe frame I will post a pic of it.  These are alot of fun to do.  To get paper to match what you are doing.  To find sayings to go with the occasion and to find the time to get it all put together.  So give it a try and see what you can come up with and let me know how it goes.  If you would like to have one custom done for you contact me.  I would be very happy to work with you on getting the right setting for that special photo.
